This performance is available for all ages, and ticket purchase is required for those aged 36 months and above.

Children under 36 months old must bring identification (passport) and can enter for free, sharing seats with adults.

After making a reservation, the reservation number will be issued within 1-2 business days and can be confirmed in My Reservation or in the email you provided.

You can get your ticket from one hour before the beginning of the performance. Please present the reservation number at the ticket box on-site and exchange it for a physical ticket.

If the ticket is lost or damaged, it cannot be reissued, so please take care of it.

You can enter 30 minutes before the performance starts, and seats will be automatically assigned on the day of the performance according to the reservation order.

If you are late for the performance, please follow the instructions of the staff. You will be guided to the designated seating area for latecomers. However, please note that entry may be restricted if there are no seats available. 

Taking photos, videos, or recording during the performance without prior agreement is strictly prohibited.

Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the performance venue.

If you are unable to attend the performance on the same day due to parking or transportation issues, or if you choose to give up attending, the reservation cannot be canceled or changed.

Our Visit

Due to the pandemic, concerts, art exhibitions, plays, and performances have been canceled. So even though I live in Seoul, I haven't had the opportunity to enjoy these activities. This time we finally had the opportunity to watch the Painters!

The current performance venue has been changed to Kyunghyang Art Hill Performance Hall, which is less than a 5-minute walk from Seodaemun subway station. I didn't expect there to be so many people but to my surprise, it was packed with people and the audience was full.

At first, I didn't expect to enjoy the performance so much. But as soon as the performance began, it felt like a concert. I was getting more and more excited. We don't want there to be any spoilers, so we'll briefly share our thoughts of the show. Even the pictures are carefully selected, without any important information. If you want to enjoy this performance, make a reservation and experience the excitement!

This time, the Painters is returning with a second season. The four main actors are different from the first season's list. The Painters presents drawing, paintings, and dance. We thought it was some kind of idol boy group.

The entire performance lasts about 70 minutes, and each part has a different theme. During the performance, the performers will also randomly select audience to interact with, and they may ask you to strike a pose or something similar.

But don't worry about not being able to communicate in Korean at all, because it is a pantomime performance, and the performers don't have lines. They can interact with the audience through gestures and actions. We had such a great time.

The Painters also use many creative new media to paint, and with the music, it adds so much fun. Everybody cheered while watching the performance. We did not know there was such a great show in Seoul!

The overall arrangement was just perfect, without any boring moments. As an audience, we are curious about what the performers are painting and when it comes to the final presentation, the audience applauds and cheers. It's absolutely worth the wait!

Leave exit 5 of subway Line 5 Seodaemun Station (서대문역) and walk straight ahead. Continue for about five minutes after crossing the crosswalk, and you will see the sign of the performance hall on your right.

From Exit 5 of Seodaemun Station, keep walking straight.
