      How To Use

      Things To Keep In Mind

      Reservation 

      • Please fill in all the required information accurately on the reservation page. 
      • You need to make a payment to complete your reservation.
      • If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, it will be automatically cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded.
      • If you need a consultation before the procedure, you can use online consulting services via Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/coe__ceo) or KakaoTalk (coeart).
      • If you have any changes or questions before your visit, please be sure to contact us at help@creatrip.com.

      Before the procedure

      • Please avoid using mascara and eyelash curlers on the day of the treatment. If you need to take off your makeup, please arrive 10 minutes early.
      • If you already have eyelash extensions, please let us know in advance. Additional charges and extra time for the removal may occur.
      • After undergoing LASIK, LASEK, or any cosmetic surgery around the eyes, you must wait at least one month before treatment. Treatments can be done one week after forehead botox, filler injections, or fat grafting procedures.
      • If you receive dermatological treatments on the day of your perm, it may cause irritation. If possible, please visit the dermatologist after your eyelash perm.


      After the procedure

      • You can wash your face at least 3 hours after the treatment, and do not rub your eyelashes.
      • After the treatment, avoid using eyelash curlers. You can start using mascara the following day.
      • After the treatment, please avoid drinking alcohol and smoking for a week to facilitate smooth skin regeneration.
      • After the treatment, temporary breakouts, swelling, bruising, or redness may occur. If they do not improve, please contact help@creatrip.com.
