Reservation Procedure

1) Please provide detailed information requested.

2) Once payment is completed, the reservation will be confirmed immediately.

3) Please wait at the on-site registration location (Gyeongbokgung Heungnyemun Square) 30 minutes before the viewing. We will start admission after confirming the reservation details at the reception desk. Please present your Creatrip reservation details.

*The performance takes place at Geunjeongjeon in Gyeongbokgung Palace, which is located inside, so it takes more than 10 minutes on foot, so please keep this in mind and try to arrive 30 minutes before the event starts.

4) Please follow the instructions of the on-site staff after your reservation is confirmed.

• This event operates on a 100% advance reservation system, and there will be no on-site sales. 
• Participants can only attend the schedule selected at the time of reservation. It is not possible to participate in a schedule different from the reservation. 
• This event is for foreigner-only tickets. If a Korean purchases it, it may be cancelled without notice, and Koreans cannot participate in the event. (Accompanying foreigners is not allowed, but foreign passport holders can enter.)
• If you are a Korean national with foreign residency rights, please present your passport and proof of documents on-site. The final decision on whether entry is allowed will be made after verification by the Korean Cultural Heritage Foundation staff. Please understand that the above matters are beyond the control of Creatrip, and we will not be responsible for any refusal of entry.
• The entrance fee to Gyeongbokgung Palace is included in this event. After the performance, free night viewing of Gyeongbokgung Palace is possible for about 40 minutes. (Gyeongbokgung Night Opening 21:30 Closing)
• This ticket cannot be purchased and used on the same day. 
• A maximum of 4 tickets per person can be reserved. If you purchase more than 4 tickets, the entire purchase may be cancelled. Also, the tickets reserved cannot be transferred between acquaintances.
• Please enter the information of the booker and accompanying person at the time of reservation. If the information of the booker and accompanying person is different on-site, or if the reservation is made fraudulently, it will be invalid and no refund will be given upon detection. 
• In case of using fraudulent methods or purchasing tickets for the purpose of resale, the reservation may be canceled and the use of the ticket may be restricted without prior notice upon detection.

During Visit

• Please wait at the on-site registration location (Gyeongbokgung Heungnyemun Square) 30 minutes before the viewing. We will start admission after confirming the reservation details at the reception desk. Please present your Creatrip reservation details.
• The Geunjeongjeon Hall, where the performance takes place, is located inside Gyeongbokgung Palace and requires a few minutes of walking, so please arrive at least 30 minutes before the event starts.
• This is a music concert without commentary. (English interpretation is not available.)
• Children aged 8 and above are allowed to attend. (Children under 8 are not allowed for safety reasons)
• Please understand that there may be restrictions on entry if the entry time has elapsed.
• Seats will be assigned in the order of arrival at the venue.
• The event time may change due to inclement weather or unavoidable circumstances, and a full refund will be issued in case of cancellation. 
• The event's progress will be determined based on the 4:00 PM weather forecast by the Korea Meteorological Administration on the day of the performance. In case of a rainfall forecast of 5mm or more, the performance may be canceled, and if canceled, a full refund will be issued after individual email notification. Please provide the correct email address as it may be difficult to send guidance emails if the email is incorrect.
• We do not assume responsibility for accidents or loss of belongings due to personal carelessness. 
• Food, tripods, flash photography, and other items that pose safety concerns or may damage facilities are not allowed to be brought in. 
• Pets are not allowed to participate in the event. 
• All areas within the palace are non-smoking areas.
• At this event, video and photo shooting are prohibited for copyright protection. We ask for your understanding.
