• Please proceed with full payment. 
• After payment is completed, your reservation will be confirmed within 1-2 business days, and you'll receive a voucher.
• Please check the voucher on My Page or in your email and show it to the staff during your visit.

1. You can visit anytime until December 31, 2024.

2. Enter your barcode number at the indoor kiosk on the 1st floor for ticket exchange. 

• Keep in mind that the ticket exchange at the ticket counter is unavailable. 
• At the kiosk, you'll receive two tickets, and the smaller one is your admission ticket.
• Please be careful of losing your admission ticket.

3. Take the escalator to the 2nd floor and present your admission ticket at the Water Park entrance gate. 

• This product is exclusively for foreigners.
• The outdoor water park operates only during the summer.
• When using the water park, it is mandatory to wear a swimming cap. Baseball caps, headscarves, and similar items are allowed, but sun caps are not permitted.
• Admission is first-come, first-served, and entry may be limited if capacity is exceeded.
• No mats, outside food, or burners allowed at the water park for a clean environment and fire prevention.
• Only patient and infant food is allowed; all other food is not permitted.
• Expenses within the water park (food, beverage, rentals) are settled through the use of a RFID key.
• Operating hours are subject to change based on the season and event circumstances.
• Life jackets can be rented on-site for 7,000 KRW and must be returned to the rental office after use.
• Sunbeds, circular beds, and cabanas are paid amenities, available after on-site payment.
• Store valuables in provided lockers as we are not responsible for items left unattended.
• Re-entry is not allowed after settlement.
• In case of losing the water park locker key (RFID key), please report it to the staff immediately and pay a lost item fee of 25,000 KRW.
• Snorkels, swim fins, and tubes exceeding 130cm are not allowed.
• In pools, inflatable life jackets without buoyancy aid and inflatable arm floaties are prohibited.
• Only aqua shoes are allowed; outdoor slippers or sports shoes are not permitted.
