How to Reserve
1. Click 'Reserve' on the spot page and book the product according to the date and number of participants.
2. A departure confirmation email will be sent 3 days before the departure date. (Includes guide information)
3. Reservation is confirmed.
4. Please make sure to arrive 10 minutes early at the designated meeting spot. The tour departs on time.

- Cancellation 4 days before the departure: Full Refund
- Cancellation 3 days before the departure: No Refund
Things To Keep In Mind
- This tour is accompanied by a tour guide.
- Official IN THE SOOP merchandise is limited to 1 set per person. (Availability of the merchandise may vary depending on the stock quantity.)
- A minimum of seven people are required for departure. If the number of participants is less than seven, the departure will be cancelled, and you will be contacted individually.
- For group inquiries with more than 20 people, it is possible to change the departure/arrival destinations and itinerary. If desired, please contact help@creatrip.com.
- The tour itinerary is subject to change depending on the traffic and road conditions and the status of tourist attractions.
- If there are changes to the itinerary on-site, we'll ask for your approval before proceeding.
- Departures are made even on rainy or snowy days, but in cases of severe weather conditions, departure dates may be changed or refunds will be provided. (We will contact you one day in advance, and the full price will be refunded.)
