      How to Reserve

      1. Please enter reservation details. Please provide detailed information for your reservation, including desired options, date, contact number, hotel name, and any other relevant details. After the reservation is completed, it will be confirmed within 1-2 days. 

      2. Please make sure to arrive 5 minutes early at the designated meeting spot. The tour departs on time.
        08:30-09:00 Outside the hotel main entrance (Specific pickup time will be provided on the day before the tour after 6 PM)

      3. Pick-up service is available only within Jeju. 

      4. If you are staying outside of Jeju, we will guide you to the nearest hotel where pick-up is possible. If you have any questions about the pick-up location, please let us know.

      Cancelation Policy

      • Cancellations 10 day before departure: Full Refund
      • Cancellations 9 day before departure: 70% Refund
      • Cancellations 4 day before departure: 50% Refund
      • Cancellations 1 day before departure: No Refund

      Things To Keep In Mind

      • Inclusions: Hotel pickup and drop-off, (For 2-7 people groups) Mini van + Driver/English guide, (For 8-15 people groups) Mini bus + Driver + English guide, Admission fees, Lunch
      • Exclusions: Personal expenses, dinner, travel insurance
      • Please note that hotel pickup may not be available for solo travelers, and the availability of the tour needs to be confirmed.
      • If you are a solo traveler, please inform us at help@creatrip.com.
      • Pickup service is limited to Jeju city.
      • If you are late for the meeting time, we will not wait for the convenience of other customers. (If you miss the bus due to being late, the tour fee will not be refunded.)
      • Please enter the hotel name, address, and contact number on the reservation page.
      • In case you cannot be contacted the day before the tour (via phone/email, etc.), the reservation may be canceled, and the tour fee will not be refunded.
      • Please note that admission tickets, lunch, and other related expenses are non-refundable even if not used.
      • The tour includes walking. Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
      • The itinerary may be subject to change based on seasonal events, weather, and road conditions.
      • If you do not provide the necessary information (name, email, contact number, nationality, hotel name, address) on the reservation page, the reservation will not be confirmed.
      • This is not a private tour and it is limited to a maximum of 15 participants per group.
