        Cancelation Policy

        • Cancellation made up to 2 days before departure date will result in a 100% refund.
        • Cancellation is non-refundable if made one day prior to departure.

        Things To Keep In Mind

        • Includes: round-trip transportation, tour guide, Day Pass ticket (6 hours), beverages.
        • Excluded items: personal expenses, meal expenses, traveler's insurance.
        • Please arrive at the meeting place 10 minutes early.
        • Departure times may be delayed due to current road conditions.
        • On the day of the tour, please make sure to bring your swimming suit and swimming cap (baseball cap is acceptable).
        • If the duration exceeds 6 hours, additional fees will be charged per hour of overtime, and the customer must make on-site payment for the additional fees.
        • You can buy swimsuits at the water park, so if you didn't bring your own swimsuit, please purchase one on-site.
        • Beach towels are available for individuals to bring or rent at the water park, and sunbeds are also available for rent (payment on site).
        • Personal toiletries can be brought, and they are also available for purchase in the vending machines inside the water park showers.
        • At the water park, you can pay for snacks, meals, and rental fees individually at the kiosk through the guide.
        • Kiosk only accepts credit cards, so please keep this in mind when using it.
        • Individuals with back problems, heart conditions, wheelchair users, and those with respiratory disorders are advised not to use the water park.
        • Please make sure to arrive on time for the meeting. If you arrive late, it will be considered a no-show and no refunds will be given.
        • Children under 36 months are free of charge and do not receive bus seats, meals, or admission tickets.

        Good for shopping, plenty of things to do and eat There are a lot of things for children to play. There is a lot of sports monster construction, so there are a lot of rides that are closed. Never go there. All the fun things are under construction. They seem to be careful after the fatal accident. Don't go for a while. It's not fun.
