- Canceled 3 days before visit: 100% refund
- Canceled 2 days before visit: No refund
Things To Keep In Mind
- Communication is only possible in simple English, not in Chinese.
- It is 100% reservation system, so please strictly adhere to the reservation date and time.
- If you are more than 10 minutes late for the reservation time, the reservation will be automatically canceled and no refund will be given.
- For hair and makeup, you can either prepare in advance or do it yourself at the store.
- The cleaner the hairstyle, the easier it is to remove the background for a natural-looking photo, so we recommend having a neat hairstyle.
- The photo files sent via email have a designated download period. If the period expires, you will not be able to download them.
- For driver's licenses, identification cards, and passport photos, we will provide 6 printed copies and send the digital files to the registered email after the shoot.
- For profile photos, we will send 3 retouched versions to the registered email.
