How To Use
- Please make a reservation up to 3 days before your departure.
- The rail bike can accommodate up to 4 people on one bike, and the allocation will be based on the number of participants.
Cancelation Policy
- Canceled before 3 days of visit: 100% refund
- Canceled before 2 days of visit: 50% refund
- Canceled before 1 day of visit: No refund
- Changes to the usage date can be made up to 3 days prior to the ticket's usage date. After that point, changes are not possible, and any modifications will be treated as cancelations according to the cancellation and refund policy, incurring applicable fees.
- For cancelations and changes to the reserved product, please contact our customer center during business hours (Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00 / Closed on weekends and national holidays).
Things To Keep In Mind

- Not included: Personal expenses, traveler's insurance.
- On the day before departure, we will send you the vehicle number and guide's contact information via text message or social media.
- Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes early.
- Departure time may be delayed on the day due to road conditions.
- Generally, travel schedules are not affected by rainy days.
- In cases of severe natural disasters where travel is impossible, you can either change the departure date for free or receive a full refund.
- Please ensure you arrive at the meeting point on time; late arrivals will be considered as no-shows and refunds will not be possible.
- Children under 36 months are free of charge and do not receive bus seats, meals, or entrance tickets.
