How To Use
- Please make reservations at least 1 day in advance.
- The paragliding experience duration is approximately 5 to 6 minutes.
- When you experience paragliding at Cafe SANN, you will receive a 1,000 KRW discount coupon that can be used at the cafe.

- Due to traffic congestion or road conditions, there might be a delay of approximately 1 to 20 minutes.
- For sending (drop off), there is no fixed schedule; it is arranged flexibly based on the situation to ensure smooth operations.
- The paragliding boarding time will be determined based on the pickup time selected. (Subject to on-site coordination)
Cancelation Policy
- Canceled before 7 days of visit : 100% refund
- Canceled before 6 days of visit: 80% refund
- Canceled before 2 days of visit: 70% refund
- Canceled on the day of the visit: No refund
- In the event of adverse weather conditions, your reserved experience schedule may be canceled or altered. In such cases, the establishment will provide advance notice.
- If the activity cannot proceed due to inclement weather, a full refund will be provided.
Things To Keep In Mind
- You will be wearing the paragliding gear on top for the experience. On the day of your visit, please wear comfortable attire and sneakers.
- Arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled experience time.
- For your safety during the flight, kindly follow the instructions of the pilot.
- Please make sure to adhere to the reserved date and time.
- If you wish to make additional purchases other than the products you paid for through Creatrip, additional payment may be made on-site.
- The paragliding boarding time will be determined based on the pickup time selected. (Subject to on-site coordination)
