How To Use
- Vouchers are issued within 1-2 business days after reservation and can be viewed on My Page or received via email.
- The vouchers contain a QR code, and you can enter the venue by presenting the voucher at the ticket office.
- There is no time limit for using the facilities at Yongma Land, and you can take photos anywhere you like.
- The issued vouchers are valid until December 31, 2024, and can be used once within the validity period. There is no differentiation between weekdays and weekends.
Cancelation Policy
- If you are unable to visit Yongma Land due to the company's closure, cancellation and refund are possible.
- The voucher will be sent to you via email, so please double-check your email information. If you haven't received the voucher within 48 hours after reservation, please contact help@creatrip.com.
Things To Keep In Mind
- Yongma Land is located approximately a 15-minute walk from the nearest public transportation, Mangwoo Station. We recommend taking a taxi from Mangwoo Station to Yongma Land.
- For safety reasons, there may be restrictions on the use of certain areas in case of inclement weather or the need for safety inspections.
- During the filming of dramas or movies, there may be restrictions on the use of certain areas for a specific period of time. Advance notice will be provided.
