    I ate neat rib soup and boiled pork. As soon as I ate the boiled pork and marinade, I ordered a bottle of soju, and I also enjoyed the water parsley galbitang. In the Yeoksam area, it is a top-tier rib soup.

    Options

    Short ribs are slowly simmered for over 1 hour to bring out all the good nutrients, making it a great soup when you feel run down. The ribs are so tender and juicy!

    How To Use

    • ⚠️ Delivery reservations are available from 14:00-22:00. Delivery is available 30 minutes before or after the selected time depending on traffic conditions. Please understand that it is difficult to set the exact time. Same day delivery times cannot be modified.
    • ⚠️For a smooth delivery, please contact @creatrip on LINE ro show your payment details after payment is completed. If you do not contact us 30 minutes before the designated time for delivery, the delivery will not proceed and will be canceled immediately.
    • ⚠️The response time for LINE is from 13:30 to 22:00 daily and is available in Japanese, English, Chinese, and Korean. Keep in mind that at other times, it may be difficult to get a quick response.

    Cancelation Policy

    • 🌟 The delivery area is nationwide. Refunds are not possible after payment except in cases where delivery is not possible. Even if it is in an area where delivery is possible, it may not be possible depending on local circumstances. For accurate information, you should consult with us via LINE.
    • Orders may be canceled prior to delivery due to difficult weather (heavy snow, rain, etc.) or unavoidable circumstances of the company.

    I found out about Galbi Daum in 2023. I was looking for health food because I was feeling weak and couldn't find food that would energize me, so I happened to eat it here. The ribs were plentiful and the chives that came with it were really unique, and the kimchi they provided was so delicious and went well with the rib soup that I thought, 'I've finally found my favorite rib soup restaurant!' !' I used it a lot and had a lot of fun... I packed 10 of them every time I went and was a regular customer. Eating it really gave me strength. It was different from other houses! However, when 2024 came and I heard that he was taking a week off, I visited again soon after. The man who always appeared at the counter was gone, the song he always played changed (he always played a song that was at least 25 years old haha), and it felt like there were more part-time workers. That doesn't matter.... The taste of the food has changed...ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ It's a place I cherish and really like... Now the ribs are smelling... the kimchi has changed, turning into sour radish radish that only goes well with seolleongtang... I used to feel energized after eating it, but I don't have any strength anymore, and it's turned into a typical galbitang restaurant... president. I'm not writing this to criticize Galbi-ness, but I'm writing it because I'm really, really disappointed and sad. I bought 7 of them recently, so you probably know who I am. I'm so sad... Has the owner changed or the chef changed? I wish it could go back to the way it was before.. Really, the current galbitang can’t even be compared to last year, boss...ㅠㅠ A few days ago, I was the first one to go... To be honest, that day, I wanted to catch up with the woman (who is now at the counter) and talk to her, but I held back because I knew she would get busy quickly. If possible, please come back as before... ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ
