Things To Keep In Mind

- Taxi reservations must be completed at least one day before departure.
- Please enter detailed booking information such as flight number, accommodation location, number of passengers, etc.
- When making a reservation, you must enter the exact English or Korean hotel address. If the hotel address is incorrect, it is the passenger's responsibility and will not be refunded.
- Please input the exact address of your accommodation.

- If confirmation is made within 24 hours after reservation, a voucher will be sent and you can check driver information and vehicle number on My Page voucher.

- Taxis usually wait in front of the accommodation 15 minutes before. Please make sure to be on time. If you are late, the reservation will not be refunded.
- A single taxi can accommodate up to 7 adults and a maximum of 6 pieces of luggage.
- The standard carry-on size is 24 inches and anything larger than 28 inches will be considered as two pieces of luggage.
