4. Enjoy the tour!

• Monorail operations may be changed depending on weather or monorail conditions. 
• If the harvest is small, the apple or strawberry picking experience may be replaced with a different farm experience.
• Option B activities include making apple jam, pie, and cake making (July 1–August 31) or apple picking experience (September 1–October 31).
• Please make sure to specify your shuttle bus boarding location when making a reservation.
• Once your reservation is completed, please follow the instructions from the travel agency.
• Please make sure to arrive 10 minutes early at the designated meeting spot. For the convenience of other customers, the shuttle bus will depart for the next stop immediately.
• The tour itinerary is subject to change depending on weather, traffic and the attraction conditions.
• The tour departs even on rainy or snowy days; however, if the weather conditions are seriously bad, the departure date will be changed or a refund will be given.
• Children under 36 months are free of charge but will not be provided additional bus seats.
