Refunds are available up to 3 days before the surgery date. Refunds are unavailable if your surgery date has been confirmed.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, your reservation will be canceled automatically and the deposit will not be refunded.

Our Visit

17th Floor: Reception & Counseling.

When you visit Wonjin Plastic Surgery, you can take the elevator to the 17th floor.

Walk up to the reception and state your name.

Wonjin Plastic Surgery's international client's service is available in 9 languages, including English, to ensure smooth communication.

The main reception in the photo above is for local clients.

Foreign clients walk up to the left reception desk marked in red.

The flags on the desk let you know that they are multilingual.

This certificate lets you know that they are safe and qualified.

You must fill out a questionnaire that they give out first.

Please be sure to fill in all the details carefully.

The questionnaire is also given to you in the language of your choice so don't worry!

The interpreter is also there to help from beginning to end, so if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

They also have some cosmetics for sale which you can purchase.

You can also look at the pictures of the professional medical surgeons on the wall as you wait.

There are many medical surgeons with various fields they specialize in.

There are about 30 medical surgeons and you'll be assigned with the best one depending on your procedure.

It was time to walk into the counseling room.

Here, you can tell the interpreter about your concerns and desires about the procedure.

The interpreter helped translate very efficiently.

To begin, I spoke with the consultant and the interpreter.

Then, the specialized plastic surgeon came and talked in detail about the procedure.

The interpreter helped translate everything I wanted to talk about with the surgeon and all my questions so there were no communication issues.

This counseling area is specialized in breast augmentations and the room is divided into sections.

18th Floor: Examination & Otorhinolaryngology

The 18th floor is mainly used for examinations, otolaryngology, and filling out consent forms.

Wonjin Plastic Surgery also has a tax refund kiosk that's quick and easy.

The kiosk is also available in many different languages. 

I filled out the confirmation and consent form in this room.

The interpreter will talk to you about your concerns before the surgery and the procedure.

Then, you will move on to be examined before surgery.

This is where I got a blood test.

Here, you will receive other medical examinations that you must have in regards to your procedure and the anesthesia.

If you can't take the examination here, they will introduce you to an affiliated hospital so you don't have to worry about finding another hospital.

They also have an otolaryngology department.

This is the X-ray examination room.

Patients that are getting facial contour surgery will be guided here.

15-16th Floor: Operating Room

The 15th and 16th floors are operating rooms where you will walk into on your big day of surgery.

14th Floor: Dermatology Clinic

Wonjin Plastic Surgery also has a dermatology clinic.

Even if you are visiting the dermatology clinic, you must first visit the reception on the 17th floor. 

This is for any laser treatments.

Many laser treatments are available so they will help you choose the best option for you to suit each individual.

13th Floor: Recovery Room

The 13th floor has recovery rooms where you can rest after your surgery.

After about an hour, depending on how you are feeling, you can leave the hospital.

For major plastic surgeries with anesthesia, they require hospitalization for up to two days.

They will explain the post-surgery process in detail during your counseling.

The hospitalization fee is about 200,000 won per day.

This upper eyelid incision method can adjust the muscles to open up the eyes more. The spacing between the eyebrows and eyelids can be adjusted according to your preference. It has less swelling, bruises, and scars. By making an upper eyelid incision along with the incision of the inner corner of the eye, you can achieve a clear line on your eyelids. Surgical Procedure 1. Check the structure of the eyes and muscles thoroughly before surgery. 2. Open up the skin around the eyes. 3. Frequently Asked

Can I return to my daily life right after the surgery?
It depends on the area where the surgery is performed. Most surgery procedures allow discharge the day of and you can return to your daily life within a week.

Can I make a reservation using other platforms?
Currently, the Korean government only allows reservations to be made with travel agencies and travel platforms that have been certified for "medical tourism". It is illegal for companies overseas to book hospitals in Korea on behalf of clients.

Is it possible to visit without a reservation?
All surgeries must be reserved beforehand.
