* Additional charges may apply. The additional cost is 30,000 KRW per hour, regardless of the vehicle. 
* If you plan to make any stops, please discuss with the driver in advance, as extra charges may be incurred.
* Included: Vehicle, driver, fuel costs, toll fees, driver's tip
* Excluded: Guide, traveler's insurance, personal expenses, additional stops during the trip, extra costs if traveling outside the designated area.

How to Reserve

1. Please make sure to fill out all the required information accurately on the reservation page. 
   * Choose a vehicle → Select time → Specify the number of passengers and pickup/drop-off location.
   * Please check the number of passengers and estimated number of luggages before selecting a vehicle.
   * Provide a contactable messenger (LINE, WeChat, WhatsApp, or a mobile phone number usable in Korea).
2. Proceed with the full payment. 
3. Once the payment is completed, your reservation will be confirmed within 1-2 business days. 
4. The assigned driver will contact you in advance.
5. On the pickup day, you'll meet the driver who will be holding a sign, and then proceed to your destination.

• The price is for per vehicle, not per person.
• The driver will be waiting for you with a sign. Please make sure to enter your name correctly. 
• Before boarding, verify your name on the sign, the type of car, and the license plate number.
• When booking for airport pickup or drop-off, please consider your flight's arrival and departure times.
• Children over 36 months are counted as adults in terms of passenger numbers.
• Please make an on-site payment for additional costs. 
• If you fail to board the vehicle due to your own negligence, the reservation will automatically be canceled and no refunds will be given. 
• For airport pickups, you need to provide your flight number for any delays due to weather or other factors.
