Location is very central and convenient, however that is probably the only thing good about this place.

It meets the bare minimum if you just want a place to stay, but if you can find another I would recommend you do so. The room I was in had one electrical outlet which didn't work, and another that only worked sometimes.

The bathroom is poorly designed as there is nowhere to store the soap/shampoo while you shower. Plus the mirror is not in front of you as you brush your teeth/wash your face.

I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights. The hotel is in good location but the hotel receptionist is really rude and no service minded, especially Mr. Choice who worked at the receptionist on 7 May 2023 at 18.30pm Korea time.

We need to inform the hotel every time we want to make up room and I called to ask for 4 bottles of water since we haven’t asked to clean room for 3 days and Mr. Choice, the receptionist, told me he can give me only 2 bottles of water and I told him we haven’t received any water for 3 days. Mr. Choice, the receptionist, told me “I don’t care if you haven’t received any water. I will only give you 2 bottles.” and he yelled at me again “I don’t care”.

This is one of the bad experiences I had with this hotel and I hope the receptionist would be train to talk to their customers nicely with the service mind.

Will I ever come back to stay here? No I wouldn’t come back

First room was dirty, second room better but still dirty. Slow elevator. Not very helpful and unfriendly staff. Leaky shower, room not made up every day, dark room facing building with one blind not working. Lot of their clientele are plastic surgical patients. I would not recommend. Worst hotel we stayed in Korea.

Room is clean but not very spacious in the bathroom as no hooks or hangers to hang clothes/towels. Mirror only in bathroom.

Big rooms, however rooms are filthy, hair and nails found on bath towels, glass covers are covered with dust, the faucet water tap was broken in my first room, changed room and the second room was the same. Lucky only stayed two nights.

Front desks were alright though. They tried to help.
