Excellent location - across the road from an Airport Limousine (6001) stop and also close to city bus and rail stops. Several convenience stores within a few minutes walk. Rooms were well appointed and immaculately clean. Breakfast available in their dining room, as well as a microwave for heating your own food and a coin laundry for guest use (including a note changer). Would highly recommend staying here! i could have given negative stars if there were..people at the reception do not know how to be hospitable to guests.. they treat you like they are doing you a favour letting you stay.. they are exceptionally arrogant and rude.. never ask anyone to this property.. i will tell you about this guy Keith NA who is an old man at the reception, he will instruct you in a rude manner... while leaving the property i forgot 1 key in the room and i was getting late for my flight.. they wanted me to go to the room and get the key... one day i forgot to wear my shoes and used their slippers to come down.. Keith NA made me go back in the room instructing me that room slippers are for room... you feel like a captive there... i immediately transferred myself to Grand Hyatt...

Stayed in skypark since many years ago but this recent stay does not feel like it's skypark anymore.

Check in was using a self service kiosk, a staff came to 'help' and kept on repeating himself in korean which of course if we understood or could read Korean we would already be up in our room. Ended up it was easier to use to English language option of the machine and get through it ourselves.

Was a room with 3 pax but only 2 towels and 2 sets of amenities given. Gently requested for front desk to provide one more towel, heard the staff pause a long time after hearing my request, as though it was something ridiculous to ask, and he proceeded to hang up. A man knocked on our door, straight face, passed me the towel and went off, no apology no explanation no nothing.

The next day, one towel was missing again. Had to request again. Realized also there was a white stain on the bedsheet. Asked to change the bedsheet during housekeeping but bedsheet remained the same. Gross!

The day after that, NO TOWELS AT ALL! Requested for towels, and had to change the bedsheet myself! They said the housekeeper was off duty!

Subsequent nights were fine, finally got our 3 towels but we were really quite disappointed already.

This was our second hotel during our vacation so we get to campare it to our first one.
The room had little walking space for 3 people.
There was a day when our room was not cleaned up by housekeeping and 2 out of 3 times, our complimentary necessities were not refilled.

If this was a 2 star hotel? 5/5
3 star? 4/5.

But as a 4 star hotel? There is no dining (other than the breakfasts), the rooms are tiny and with minimal amenities. There is no place to lounge/relax, no spa etc.

We've split our stay between this hotel and Lotte City Hotel Guro, for the same price the difference is night and day.

I do not recommend.
