Excellent location - across the road from an Airport Limousine (6001) stop and also close to city bus and rail stops. Several convenience stores within a few minutes walk. Rooms were well appointed and immaculately clean. Breakfast available in their dining room, as well as a microwave for heating your own food and a coin laundry for guest use (including a note changer). Would highly recommend staying here! (Photo is a view from my window on level 18)

This was our second hotel during our vacation so we get to campare it to our first one. The room had little walking space for 3 people. There was a day when our room was not cleaned up by housekeeping and 2 out of 3 times, our complimentary necessities were not refilled.

If this was a 2 star hotel? 5/5 3 star? 4/5. But as a 4 star hotel? There is no dining (other than the breakfasts), the rooms are tiny and with minimal amenities. There is no place to lounge/relax, no spa etc. We've split our stay between this hotel and Lotte City Hotel Guro, for the same price the difference is night and day. I do not recommend.
