I had 3 nights in Shills hotel it was wonderful stay the room very nice and clean neat the bed and the pillows was so comfortable, the staff are friendly and helpful.
The location is good there’s a lot of convenience stores and restaurants that are only 5-8 minutes walk but be aware the location isn’t near to the airport or the usual tourist attractions places it far away but very close to metro or bus station.5

The staff thoughout the hotel is very friendly and supportive. In my case the staff at the desk where very supportive during my check-in and the entire stay (especially the trainee at the front desk!)
The room is very clean and has more than everything you would need during a stay in Seoul!
The Fitnesscenter in the 21st floor is impressive! You are able to do lots of different exercises in a small room while at the same time enjoying an impressive view over Seoul. One of my favorite hotel fitness centers I have ever attented.
In summary, the hotel provided a high value during my stay and I would always come again.4

Well located- close to the subway station and airport bus stoppage. Very smooth check-in, payment check-out process. Ask for the discounted breakfast card at the reception. The rooms are slightly on the smaller side, but well furnished. Super soft pillows. Great sleep quality. Extremely clean and well maintained. Superb breakfast buffet. Very fast free (but unsecured) WiFi. Good value for money room-wise, but breakfast is somewhat over-priced.4

The rooms are ok and there's buffet breakfast in the morning. As it was still spring when we stayed, we can only use heating. Seems no option to turn it off so it can get too hot for us but luckily we can open a window a little to let some cool air in. I'm not too fond of the bathroom amenities. They are in tiny containers like 1-2x usage only. I'm used to the big ones in Japan and not the trial sized ones in other countries. There's a convenience store nearby. There's free water bottle daily per person.
