The hotel is located at very good location. Interiors are good. It has following cons
1. Hotel doesn't provide basic amenity kits like dental kit
2. Hotel doesn't provide with shaving kit, it charges additional from you .
3. Very very limited food option for vegetarian person.

Close to train and subway station.
Hotel is clean. Although room was not big enough, was good for stay and sleep.
I am not still used to room design which does not distinghish restroom with sleeping space.
Should notify that which room can use sauna freely.

Modern, attractive, and very accessible. I stayed with my family of 4 for 5 nights. I enjoyed my stay but would not call it a 5 STAR experience. The rooms were clean and simple but felt a little tight. The lobby was gorgeous, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The daily room service is where they lack. I had to call the front desk repeatedly to get water, coffee, and soap. Their gym was small but functional. The access to the swimming pool was horrendous though. You have to buy a swimming cap to swim. Not so family friendly. Overall I liked it but needed much improvement.

When I came in, I was greeted with a couch instead of a bed. The staff had to come in and replace it. When I tried to eat at the buffet at 7.40, I had to wait 15 minutes to enter. However, the staff were very kind in fixing the bed issue and this place is near a metro station. Good!

Lovely hotel and a fine room. Unfortunately the 1st floor restaurant was buffet style 125,000 Won each so not ideal if you only want a light meal/snack. Megabites was good...if a little Mega, the waiter did advise us only one burger between 2 of us. But returning to the hotel just befor e 9pm we were unable to get a drink, all bars we could access were closed. So we thought the 24/7 room service would solve our problem. 2 glasses of wine and 2 salads- not a lot to ask we thought- alas, we were told it would be 90 minutes !!! So no food no wine we were glad to leave the next morning
