We stayed here for three nights with my wife and our two children. Our stay was consistently accompanied by negative and unpleasant experiences.
When we checked in, we were given a room at the end of the floor, although we expressly said no rooms at the beginning/end of the floor when we checked in. When we asked, we were quickly told that there were no rooms available. We don't have the impression that the employee is somehow sorry.
Got into the room and it was already late, we had to realize that there were only two sets of towels and a shower set a 15-20ml. It wasn't enough for us with two children and two adults. We called the front desk and no one answered so we had to take the elevator down from the 17th floor to the front desk. Noted that the two seated employees of the hotel are not on the phone. Anyways, I was told that it is Hotel policy to give only 1x shower set per day per room and that we have to pay for additional sets (supposedly for the sake of the environment). For a brief moment I had to ask myself are we really in a five star hotel or is it something else?
On the second day the same story, 1x shower set, 2x towel set and 2x slippers for 4 people in the room.
Everything feels unwelcome and the communication with the hotel staff is really difficult. For a five star hotel this is completely wrong. Oh yes, if you want to swim you need a swimming cap and goggles. I didn't have one and wanted to buy one at the hotel and book it on the room... didn't work, not quite. I was explained that only the swimming cap can be booked on the room but not the swimming goggles…that I have to pay directly with a credit card. I still don't understand the logic behind it.

Firstly, I came here before I book a room for my family to see the room type that we are interested in to book. They showed me a very nice room with a river view and I was given a price for 1 week that we agree about.. then when we decide to stay here in this hotel and want to make a check-in .. the lady in the front desk was so much not welcoming and not kind to us, and everything they have been promised it has changed .. surprisingly, it turned to be that they have put us in a bad room that has a view on a car park in a low floor!!! And the price changed to be higher!!! Although we are a member of Accor. We were treated not good at all. We really upset about this experience and you will feel un welcomed here!

The place is amazing! Treats you like family and makes sure you're taken care of during your stay. They were so so helpful!

Excellent attentive service from Hailee and the male concierge on duty in the morning on June 14 2023!
Gym and indoor pool are also part of a fitness club so they are pretty well equipped. Rooms have LG washing machine/dryer in addition to the usual kitchenette. Had to use google translate as the machine only has Korean words.
