Location is perfect. Very near from many tourist atractions, restaurants and public transport. Staff was very nice and helpful and they speak English. Breakfast is mainly Korean, but good. Bed was comfortable, we had a good night sleep. It has accessible rooms for deaf and for blind people. I recommend it.4

The workers in the hotel are attentive and helpful.
The hotel has everything needed to have a good stay, clean room, gym, washing/drying machine room, the service desk also do currency exchange.
The top floor has a beautiful place with chairs and table to hang out.
The only downside is the room was a bit small4

Overall this was a great hotel! The room had everything I needed, the location was great, and staff was mostly helpful! My only problem was trying to get breakfast. They open at 7 but showing up at 7:10 I was told they were unable to let me come in (as a guest of the hotel) because it seems and entire school was using some kind of voucher to eat so I could come back after 8. That may seem minor but choosing a hotel because they have breakfast available at 7am and then being told come back after 8 was very disappointing. If you do not eat breakfast early then the hotel is perfect!3

Location is good; within 5 min walk to subway station. Myeongdong main shopping area is within 10 min walk.
Standard rooms have an awkward pillar in the room. Bathroom have a very awkward design; either you close the shower door or the bathroom door and not both. Basin and shower door are both leaking water.
Cleanliness is quite poor. Upon check in, we found hair on both towels. Hair on the couch. Sticky residue at the coffee making area and the safebox; probably due to accidental spillage of drinks by the previous guest. Next day after housekeeping, a bunch of hair not cleared in the bathroom entrance.3

Location is great, very close to a lot of great destinations. Room is good for the price but their plumbing needs some work. In my 3 nights stay in this hotel I've killed close to 10 bugs coming out of their plumbing.
