We stayed here for our 10 day visit in Seoul. Walkable distance to the night market. They offer lockers to store your luggage. There is a convenience store located inside. Great for late night cravings. There's a kiosk where you can book tours. And you can exchange your money. I'm sure you can find a better rate elsewhere, but I like the convenience of it.5

Big and clean rooms. Excellent location. Room's soundproofing is average, but it will not be an issue (my room was on the 6th floor, maybe on higher floors, it is better). Staff is very helpful. Has a mini market in the lobby. Overall, it is a very good choice for accommodation in Seoul.5

Already second time in this hotel. Very big rooms. I like the rooms with bed towards the big windows with view on city and mountain.
Staff is very nice and quality is great! We also like the little market on first floor. Unfortunately prices doubled since last visit in 2019. hotel was worth it though. Location also very nice. Allot of stuff is in walking distance.5

Great Hotel, five stars as far as I can tell! Nice clean and spacious room with a view of Seoul and Namsan Tower. To be honest the Hotel itself was nice, but what made me want to leave a review was the exceptional staff we met there. Irene Kim welcome us with a warm smile when we arrived, even when I was being prickly due to the long flight. After we dumped our luggage and was in the lobby trying to figure Korean apps out to find a place to eat she asked if we needed help with anything since we were standing there for like 10 min looking frustrated. She gave us lots of recommendations that we used throughout our trip and she was our go to person to ask anything about Korea and she was always happy to answer our million questions.

My first visit to South Korea peninsula. Although there is always language and food problems. But the hotel we stayed was excellent with all the excellent facilities ones needed. The staff are friendly and helpful. Their service are excellent and prompt. The rooms are very kept clean and the toilets are excellent too. We have no complaints and we will recommend the hotel to my colleagues and friends who want to visit South Korea. Thanks for everything.
