Things To Keep In Mind
- Please make sure to specify your shuttle bus boarding location when making a reservation.
- Please follow the instructions provided by the travel agency after your reservation is confirmed.
- Please make sure to arrive 10 minutes early at the designated meeting spot. For the convenience of other customers, the shuttle bus will depart for the next stop immediately. No refunds will be given if you miss the tour due to being late.
- The tour itinerary is subject to change depending on weather or traffic conditions.
- If you choose a personal bike at Gangchon Rail Park, you need to pay an additional 5,000 KRW on-site. Please let us know on-site if you want to choose a personal bike.
- Children under 36 months are free of charge but will not be provided additional bus seats.
- If you want to bring a wheelchair or stroller, please inform us in advance at help@creatrip.com.
