How To Use
- Reservations and payments must be made in advance. If you want to change your chosen product, contact us.
- The price is only for the Hanbok, additional service fees are paid on-site.
- The full-day rental is not for 24 hours but until 18:00 of the day.
- Please return to the shop before your rental time is up.
Cancelation Policy
- Early returns will not be refunded.
- The final cancellation deadline is 3 days before the reserved date, please contact help@creatrip.com to cancel.
Things To Keep In Mind
- Sizes vary from XS to 3XL, but due to the non-standardized Hanbok sizes, sizing will be done on-site.
- If you do not store your belongings at the shop, a deposit will be requested.
- It will take approximately 30 minutes to choose the Hanbok, try it on(you can try on up to 2 sets), and get your makeup and hair styled.
- Lost or damaged accessories and locker keys will be held responsible to the customer and will be requested payment.
- The store does not provide makeup and photography services.
