Your Step-by-Step Guide: From Reservation to Your Visit

1. After selecting your preferred date and package, please fill in your information and pay a deposit of 20,000 KRW.
2.  A confirmation will be sent to your personal email within 48 hours (on business days) after your reservation is finalized.
3. For those choosing a colon exam (colonoscopy or M2-PK), pick up the colon exam preparation kit by the day before your exam.
   (Please refer to the “Important Notes Before Making a Reservation” section for information on how to receive the kit.)
4. Fast and take medication as instructed, then visit the center on your scheduled date
5. Complete checkup and pay the fee on site (additional tests may incur extra costs)
   • Standard: 500000
   • Signature: 1000000
   • Noble: 2000000
6. After the checkup, your 20,000 KRW deposit will be refunded, and you’ll receive 20,000 Creatrip Points
7. Results will be sent to your email within 10 days (Choose from English / Chinese / Japanese)

Important Notes Before Making a Reservation

For Patients Who Wish to Have a Colon Exam(Colonoscopy or M2-PK)

• If you would like to include a colon exam in your health checkup, please make your reservation as early as possible.
  • If you plan to pick up the colon exam preparation kit at the center, please book at least 7 days in advance.
  • If you wish to receive the kit by courier, please book at least 2 weeks in advance.
• You must receive your preparation kit by the day before your health checkup. There are two ways to receive the kit:
  1. Pick it up in person at the center where you will have your health checkup. (You can pick it up at the center from the day after you receive your reservation confirmation message.)
  2. Receive it by courier. If you prefer courier delivery, you must provide a valid address in Korea when making your reservation.

For Female Patients

• Urine tests, breast exams, and gynecological exams can only be done at least 7 days after the end of your period.
• If there’s a chance you might be pregnant, please make sure to indicate it on your medical form.
• You will not be able to undergo X-rays, gastrointestinal exams, or gynecological exams.
• If you are breastfeeding, please indicate this on your medical form.
• Sedated endoscopy and contrast tests cannot be done, and breast exams are only possible at least 6 months after stopping breastfeeding.
• Before a cervical cancer screening, avoid sexual activity, creams, and douching within 24 hours, and do not use vaginal suppositories within 72 hours.

Cancellation Policy 

• Cancellations and deposit refunds are not possible from 3 days before your scheduled check-up date. 
  • For example, if your check-up is scheduled for July 4th, cancellations and deposit refunds are not allowed from July 1st.
• Changing the check-up center is also not possible from 3 days before your scheduled check-up date.
