People don't really like to wait to get in restaurant but we highly recommend you to have food of the restaurant though you have to wait for a while. People wait about 20 minutes or more to get in this mint and clean restaurant. "Homemade noodle, Homemade rice" is there principle and serves customers high quality food. Once you sit, you can find sterilized silverware in water with green tea. They start cooking after you order food so food comes out slowly but the food is like mom's food so it's clean and nicely presented. Main menu of this restaurant is fresh Gimbap and noodles. Fresh Gimbap is made in every morning using white rice polished from rice swipper. It's exotic to cut hot and fresh long Gimbap by yourself with scissor. The Gim(Dried Laver) is different from regular Gim of Gimbap in Korea in the way that it's not seasoned. Thus it could be little tough but the rice and ingredients in Gimbap are so delicious so you will keep eating them. Usually Korean order one Gimbap and Mul guksu(noodles in soup) or Bibim guksu(Mixed spicy noodles). If you don't like spicy one then please order Mul guksu.

If you visit the place in lunch time, you have to wait at least 30 minutes. If it's okay to wait, please get your waiting number and wait inside the restaurant.

Once you get a waiting number ticket, please fill out order paper in advance then turn in the paper when you're turn comes.
