1. Please fill in all the required information accurately on the reservation page.

2. Proceed with the full payment.

3. Once the payment is completed, your reservation will be confirmed within 1 business day and you'll receive a confirmation e-mail. Once the reservation is confirmed, cancellations and refunds are not possible.

4. Please arrive 10 minutes early to the designated meeting spot. The shuttle bus departs on time.

5. Enjoy the concert!

• Please make a reservation at least 3 days before the concert.
• The concert is available for individuals aged 15 and over.
• Seats are assigned randomly.
• This ticket is for foreigners (non-Koreans) only. You need to present your passport or alien registration card to collect your tickets at the venue.
• If it is discovered that the ticket was purchased illegally, the purchase will be cancelled.
• The responsibility for loss or damage of the ticket after distribution lies with the holder, and the ticket will not be reissued under any circumstances. Without a ticket, entry is not permitted.
• Entry is not possible after the designated time. If you arrive later than the entry time, you may be denied admission. 
• The maximum size of bags that can be brought into the venue is 30cm in width and 30cm in height. Bags larger than this cannot be brought inside.
• Foods other than water, pets, and all cameras (except mobile phone cameras), tripods, and selfie sticks are prohibited.
• There will be no ticket sales at the venue, so arrive on time to collect your ticket.
• Illegal reservations by foreigners will be cancelled and refunds will not be available.
• Seating arrangements and the order of performances are subject to change. Unless a cancellation or refund is announced by the organizers, refunds due to changes in the line-up are not possible.
