• Experience Time (limited to 18 people per session): Registration starts 20 minutes before the event (arrival at least 10 minutes before is mandatory)

Reservation Procedure

1) Please provide detailed information requested.

2) Once payment is completed, your reservation will be confirmed immediately.

3) Please present your Creatrip reservation details and identification (passport) for the reservation holder and accompanying person confirmation at the on-site reception location.

Meeting point will be operated next to the 'Deoksugung Great Gate Ticket Office' only during event period.

4) Please follow the guidance of on-site staff after your reservation is confirmed.

5) Enjoy the experience according to the tour route.

Night tour route for Seokjojeon

During the night tour of the Seokjojeon, it is recommended to wear shoes that are easy to remove and wear slippers.

Terrace Cafe Seating Layout

Terrace cafe seats are operated with 2 seats per table, and seats are guided on a first-come, first-served basis on site.

• Kakao Madeleine: French-style tea food dessert made with cocoa as the main ingredient

• 'Gabae' coffee (ice, hot) : Named after the English pronunciation of coffee, called 'Gabae cha'
• Ongam tea (hot) : Warm healthy tea with ginger, jujube, cinnamon, and licorice
• Odi tea (ice) : Refreshing healthy tea with mulberry fruit 'odi' and lemon

• Deoksugung Palace does not have parking. Please use public transportation.

• This event operates on a 100% pre-booking system, and there will be no on-site sales. 
• Participants can only join the schedule selected at the time of reservation. It is not possible to participate in a different schedule from the reservation. 
• This event is for foreigner-only tickets. If a Korean purchases it, it may be cancelled without notice, and Koreans cannot participate in the event. (Accompanying foreigners is not allowed, but foreign passport holders can enter.)
• If you are a Korean national with foreign residency rights, please present your passport and proof of documents on-site. The final decision on whether entry is allowed will be made after verification by the Korean Cultural Heritage Foundation staff. Please understand that the above matters are beyond the control of Creatrip, and we will not be responsible for any refusal of entry.
• Admission to Deoksugung Palace is included in this event. 
• Tickets cannot be purchased and used on the same day. 
• A maximum of 2 tickets per person can be reserved. If you purchase more than 2 tickets, the entire purchase may be cancelled. Also, the tickets reserved cannot be transferred between acquaintances.
• Children under 8 years old are not allowed to participate. 
• Please enter the information of the booker and companion at the time of reservation. If the information of the booker and companion is different on-site or if the reservation is made fraudulently, it will be invalid and no refund will be given upon discovery. 
• If purchased using fraudulent methods or for the purpose of reselling tickets, the ticket may be canceled and usage restricted without prior notice upon discovery. 
• If you have any special requirements such as allergies or vegan preferences, please indicate them at the time of reservation and inform the on-site staff.

During Visit

• The event will start accepting registrations 20 minutes before the event starts. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before.
• Please present your Creatrip reservation details and identification (passport, etc.) for the reservation holder and accompanying person at the on-site registration location. After wearing the wristband at the registration location, you can enter Deoksugung Palace.
• Admission is only available for ages 8 and above. (Children under 8 are not allowed to enter for safety reasons)
• Please understand that there may be restrictions on entry if the entry time has passed.
• This event involves walking for about 90 minutes, and during the night visit to the Seokjojeon, you will need to change to slippers, so it is recommended to wear comfortable shoes that are easy to put on and take off.
• Event times may change due to inclement weather or unavoidable circumstances, and a full refund will be given in case of cancellation.
• We are not responsible for accidents or loss of personal belongings due to personal negligence.
• Food, tripods, flash photography, and other items that may pose safety and facility damage concerns are not allowed to be brought in.
• Pets are not allowed to participate in the event.
• All areas within the palace are non-smoking.
• Audio recording and video recording are not allowed during the Seokjojeon commentary and musical performance. Unauthorized filming may result in sanctions on-site.
• Terrace cafe seats are operated with 2 seats per table, and seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis on-site.
• The beverage (1 out of 4 types) at the terrace cafe will be provided based on the selection made at the time of booking. The beverage cannot be changed on-site, and along with the beverage, Gugelhopf and two types of Kakao Madeleine desserts will be provided.
• The musical will be conducted in Korean, and information about the musical content will be provided on-site.
• The musical is a story based on real figures that has been adapted and directed.
