How To Use

- 2️⃣ The availability of reservations will be confirmed within 24 hours on business days after the minimum reservation requirement is met (excluding weekends).
- 3️⃣ Once the reservation is confirmed, please make sure to pick up the cake at the scheduled time.
- 4️⃣ The cake pickup location is Cherry Oo Cherry Jamsil branch. Please show your English name and the English product name when picking up the cake at the venue.
Cancelation Policy
- Non-refundable.
- After making the reservation and payment, product changes, lettering modifications, date/time adjustments for pickup, and changes in the recipient are strictly not allowed. Please proceed with the purchase only if you agree with these conditions.
Things To Keep In Mind
- Please write the lettering message according to the purchased product. If the character limit is exceeded, the reservation will not be confirmed. (Symbols like hearts, numbers, etc. are included, but spaces are not included in the limit.)

- ✅Waaang Rabbit Strawberry: Mini (12-13cm, serves 2 people, Lettering message: Up to 10 characters in Korean, up to 15 characters in English), Size 1 (15-16cm, serves 2-4 people, Lettering message: Up to 10 characters in Korean, up to 15 characters in English)

- Creatrip provides reservation agency service only. Please show your English name and the English product name when picking up the cake at the venue.
- Operating hours of the establishment may vary depending on classes and external lecture schedules.
- If you are more than 10 minutes late for the pickup reservation time, the reservation will be automatically canceled, and refunds will not be possible.
- Only registered products can be reserved, and custom-designed cakes cannot be ordered (changes in taste, design, color, etc., are not allowed).
- The cake box does not have a separate fixture. Please handle it with care during pickup.
- If your travel time is more than 1 hour, you can bring a cooler bag or purchase one at the store during pickup (Cooler bag + Ice pack: 5,000 won).
- Cakes are kept frozen after being made on the same day to prevent color fading and maintain the shape of the cake. If you eat the cake immediately after pickup, it may be firm, but there is no problem with the quality.
- Cakes with milk cream may experience color fading or collapse if exposed to room temperature for more than 1 hour, so please be cautious.
