How To Use
- Please make a reservation one day before your visit.
- Before the consultation, various visual tests are scheduled, so please come to the clinic without wearing contact lenses.
Cancelation Policy
- Cancellation made up to 3 days before the visit will result in a 100% refund.
- Cancellation two days prior to visit is non-refundable.
Things To Keep In Mind
- Reservation precautions:
- Please accurately fill out the required information on the reservation page to ensure smooth progress.
- You must pay a deposit when making a reservation for it to be fully booked, and then you must pay the remaining amount (excluding the deposit) at the store when you visit.
- After hospital examination and consultation, the surgical procedure name may vary depending on the condition of the eyes, and accordingly, the price may also differ.
- If you're more than 10 minutes late for your reservation time, it will be automatically cancelled and the deposit won't be refunded.
- After the reservation is confirmed, click 'My Reservations' to view the reservation status.
- If you want to make changes after your reservation is confirmed, please email help@creatrip.com.
- Consultation precautions:
- Please go up to the 11th floor after your visit and register there.
- If there are many patients visiting, there may be a wait.
- Based on the nationality entered at the time of booking, a 1:1 interpreter will be assigned.
- Before consultation, various vision tests will be conducted. Please remove your lenses and come to the hospital.
- Pre-operative precautions:
- Soft lenses should be discontinued for 5 days, hard and astigmatism lenses for 10 days, and dream lenses for over 2 weeks.
- Please avoid overeating the day before surgery and try to get a good night's sleep if possible.
- We recommend not using facial massage or eye cream.
- Please review the post-operative precautions and adjust your schedule accordingly for work, school, travel, etc. (specifically for LASIK).
- Showering, bathing, and washing the face are not allowed for a few days after surgery, so it is recommended to prepare in advance before the surgery. (Limited to LASIK)
- Surgical preparation day instructions:
- Please avoid using eye makeup and perfume on the day of surgery.
- Please prepare hairpins, hats, or other items to keep your hair from touching your eyes after surgery.
- Please prepare sunglasses for strong light and UV protection after surgery.
- Please have a caregiver accompany you if possible for a safe return home after surgery.
- When you get home, it is better to wear clothes with a front closure button to avoid getting your eyes poked than a t-shirt.
- In the winter, it is best to avoid clothes with fur or clothes that can easily collect dust.
