        Definitely recommend this place! I contemplated between going to the more well known "foreigner friendly" salons but decided on here as those salons were similar pricing to what I would pay back in Canada. I got a haircut and balayage and I'm very happy with my results! I didn't get the name of the hairstylist but he was so lovely. Thank you mood'e for the great experience :)

        I got a haircut and balayage done at Mood’e by Sooyeon! She is gentle, skilled and very detailed. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She explained the pricing before starting the haircut and balayage. I had a balayage done in the US earlier this year, so it was already bleached. But my hair is naturally very dark and thick, so everything took about 5 hours. Sooyeon let me know how long each step of the process was going to take. We started with my haircut and she made sure I was OK with the length being shorter if I wanted more layers. Then, before going into the dyeing, she did a bleach test first. The two other staff members, Jaehak and Gohee also helped with my balayage and they were equally as gentle and detailed as Sooyeon! Their technique was very thorough and I had a lot of trust in their skills. It’s a smaller salon, so they really spend their time, attention and care on you! The hair salon had a relaxing atmosphere. They were all so kind and provided great customer service. They offered me snacks and a drink while getting my service. They were so hospitable because it was raining by the time I finished, and I didn’t have an umbrella, so they gave me one to use. They can communicate in basic English, and were patient with me as I used a translator to ask questions. I really liked that they seemed to specialize in balayage and ombre with ashy/cooler tones. I highly recommend going to Mood’e Hair Salon! I will go back the next time I visit Korea 🤗

                              Things To Keep In Mind

                              • If you make a reservation through Creatrip, you can get 10% off perms and dyes and 20% off balayage and ombre.
                              • You must make a reservation at least 2 days in advance.
                              • Cancellations and refunds can be made up to 3 days before the scheduled reservation date. After that, you will not be refunded.
                              • Hair dyeing takes about 2 hours, perms take about 3 hours, and ombre/balayage take about 4-5 hours.
                              • Please consider the time it takes for each procedure and make a reservation with more than enough time for you to finish the process. You can make reservations between 11:00 - 16:00.
                              • You cannot get an ombre or balayage procedure done if your hair has been bleached or dyed using black or red tones.
                              • If your hair has been dyed black, you cannot dye it a different color.
                              • The prices may differ based on how damaged your hair is and what type of perm solution is selected on-site.
                              • To prevent no-shows, there is a deposit that must be paid in order to confirm the reservation. Please pay the deposit right after making a reservation; the rest of the payment will be made at the hair salon after the procedure (with the deposit deducted).
                              • The hair stylist will check the condition of your hair before proceeding with any hair procedures. If your hair is excessively damaged due to bleaching, you most likely will not be able to perm or dye it to prevent further damage.
                              • The hair stylist can speak basic English. You can use an online translator to communicate more detailed requests.
                              • Please make a reservation by selecting the right amount of people.
                              • One person can make reservation for 2 or more products.
