Things To Keep In Mind
- Creatrip members get a 10% discount when booking through Creatrip. (excluding haircuts)
- A haircut takes approximately 1 hour, a perm takes 2.5 - 3.5 hours, and coloring takes 2 hours.
- For women, additional charges may occur. An additional fee of 20,000 KRW will be charged if your hair goes past your shoulders and 40,000 KRW for hair past the chest.
- The total amount charged will vary depending on the amount of hair damage the client has and what hair products are used for the procedure.
- To prevent no-shows, you will have to pay a deposit. Your reservation will be confirmed only if you pay the deposit. The deposit will be deducted from the total amount charged at the salon.
- Hair that is damaged from previous bleaching sessions may be denied perm or coloring. The procedure will continue once the hair designer approves the condition of the client's hair.
- The hair designers can communicate in simple, basic English. For details regarding your needs, a translating app may be used to communicate.
- Please make a reservation 2 days before your desired appointment date.
- Cancelations and refunds are available up to 3 days before the booked date. Refunds will not be granted for cancelations after that.
