Things To Keep In Mind
- This ticket is a pass for one ATV. If two adults want to ride a separate ATV each, purchase 2 tickets of the '1 Adult' passes not 1 '2 Adults' pass.
- You must be at least 13 years old to ride alone. Elementary school students and younger can only ride with adults for safety reasons.
- Reservations must be completed at least 2 days prior.
- You can get a full refund up to 7 days before the reserved date. Please note that you cannot get a refund 5 days before the reserved date.
- If you would like to change the date or time of the reservation due to personal reasons, let us know 3 days prior at help@creatrip.com.
- Pregnant women, physically weak people, and drunk people are prohibited from boarding. In case of physical abnormalities before and after the experience, you must notify and check with the manager.
- Please prepare long sleeves, long pants, and sneakers. No slippers and high heels.
- You must complete the instruction on how to operate an ATV and follow the safety guide.
