Things To Keep In Mind
- Make sure to stick to the reservation date and time.
- Reservations must be made at least 2 days in advance, and can be reserved 30 days in advance.
- 100% refund is possible up to 7 days prior to the date of visit.
- If you would like to change the date of your visit, please contact help@creatrip.com!
- As the store opens on time, those who make the first reservation of the day should arrive exactly on time. (Weekdays 11 AM, Weekends 10 AM). For the rest of the days, please arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to your reservation. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your reservation, your reservation will be cancelled automatically. (Non-refundable)
- We do not provide hair or makeup services.
- Communication in Chinese in not available, only English.
- If you want to receive the self-studio edited photos on the same day, you must have your photos taken before 6 PM.
