    2. Your reservation will be confirmed within 1-2 business days. 

    3. Please arrive at the meeting place 10 minutes early. After arriving at Gangneung Station, visit the tourist information center inside to verify your reservation.

    Cancelation Policy

    • Cancellations up to 2 days before the tour: Full Refund
    • Refund periods are based on business days. Weekends and public holidays are not included in the refund period.
    • Cancellation requests can only be accepted during business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00-18:00, excluding weekends and public holidays).

    Things To Keep In Mind

    • Reservations are available for 1 to 4 people at a fixed price of 33,000 KRW, (excluding the Romantic Gangneung Tour) regardless of the number of participants. 
    • Please note that meals and entrance fees are not included in the price.
    • You must bring a valid ID.
    • According to the policy, the same group cannot make more than one reservation a day. (Separate people in the same group also cannot make a reservation thus, one reservation per group.) 
    • Additional charges may apply if the schedule and time are changed after booking. 
    • If the tour exceeds the scheduled 3 hours, the tour cannot be renewed as a new tour and you will have to pay an additional 20,000 KRW per hour (the amount will be paid to the driver directly on-site).
