- Cancellation and refund is possible only within 3 days from the reservation date.

- The deposit for the cut is ₩5,000 and the deposit for the rest of the procedure is ₩10,000. Please pay the remaining amount excluding the deposit on the spot after the procedure.
- Price may differ from the table above depending on the service received on site or the characteristics of hair.
- Please arrive at the salon 10 minutes prior to your reservation. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment may be canceled and your deposit may not be refunded.
