Things To Keep In Mind
- Please make a reservation at least 2 days prior to usage.
- Cancellations and changes can be made until 3 days before the reserved date.

- Infant under 2 can enter free of charge. (Must have a passport to identify age)
- Children under 12 have to enter with an adult.
- Food, drinks, selfie-stick, and tripod are not allowed inside.
- You will be provided a basket to store your belongings. For larger belongings please use the locker.
- Take your shoes off when you enter the ball pools.
- Re-enters are not allowed.
