1. After the reservation was completed, except for the e-mail notification (confirmation details) of successful reservation, no other contact was received (although the email add, Taiwan mobile phone number, and LINE ID were filled in in the web information), but It was quite normal, because many airport pick-ups were like this, and I didn’t think much of it at the time.
2. I didn’t see the pick-up vehicle or driver on the day I booked the airport. Because I (and my friends traveling with me) didn’t have a Korean phone number, I asked the hotel staff, Mr. A, to assist me in contacting him (the confirmation email contained Mr. Jin’s contact number. At that time, I thought Mr. Jin was the driver). The first time I called, I used the hotel phone, but no one answered. Later, Mr. A switched to his own mobile phone and the call was answered. Mr. A directly helped inquire about the booking and airport transfer. Regarding the matter, Mr. Jin said that he was not the driver, but just a contact person, and immediately replied that there was a car at "XX Hotel - Myeongdong Branch" (but we were at XX Hotel - Gangnam Branch). I was next to Mr. A at the time , I also immediately showed the reservation details to Mr. A to make sure that I had completely marked "XX Hotel-Jiangnan Branch".
3. Later, I waited for Mr. Jin’s confirmation before calling to explain, saying that it was the driver’s problem (actually, I still don’t know whether the driver was Mr. Jin). After discussing with the hotel staff and Mr. Jin, we still Fortunately, the reservation time was relatively loose, so we asked the driver to come directly from Myeongdong to Gangnam to pick us up and take us to the airport. I thought it would be at least half an hour, so it should be OK, so we waited directly in the hotel lobby.
4. Within half an hour, Mr. Jin called Mr. A and told Mr. A that the driver could not make it to Gangnam (we checked later and it seemed that there was a marathon event in Myeongdong that day), but they found two other cars to pick us up and take us to the airport. 5 Will be there in minutes!
5. When we saw that there were actually two KAOKA Ts outside the hotel, we were caught off guard^^". Anyway, we quickly divided the car into two cars and rushed to the airport. After that, the ride was smooth. The plane has returned to Taiwan.
6. A few days after returning to Taiwan, I expressed my dissatisfaction with this incident via e-mail to Creatrip. Creatrip said that it informed the operator, and then the operator felt that the order was finally completed, and the extra cost was also They bear it. But, isn’t this a matter of course! ? It’s your industry’s fault! Otherwise! ? To be honest, if we hadn't been able to catch the plane smoothly at that time, would we really have to suffer losses before we would be willing to compensate?! In short, I was very dumbfounded, and then I also felt that I made a mistake, that is, I chose expensive. On the company platform, I ordered such an airport pick-up and drop-off operator.
7. Anyway, the final conclusion is that I can only accept my defeat this time, and hope that everyone will not encounter such a situation again. (Can you all experience how it feels when the person who is responsible for booking accommodation and transportation when traveling has stepped on a big landmine!? Tears...)
8. (Advantage - Customer Service) During the period, it was stated that changes to the number of luggage and reservations should be made half an hour in advance, and the customer service staff responded very quickly; including the follow-up return to Taiwan, the email round-trip for handling the incident could be completed within half to one day. Reply received.
9. PS. I really think that Mr. A, the hotel staff where we stayed at that time, was very nice. He may have thought that what happened in Korea was obviously the other party’s problem. He always felt sorry for us, and then helped us contact Mr. Jin. .

- The voucher will be sent at 21:00, on the day before the pickup date.
- The driver will be waiting holding a picket. Input your name accurately!
- Set the pickup time to 1~2 hours after landing, taking into account time for entry procedures.
- If you're over 30 minutes late to the reservation time, it will be considered a no-show, and refund will not be provided.
- In case of a long delay, additional costs may occur.
- In case of delays due to delayed flights, the driver will wait with no additional cost. If the driver cannot operate due to the delay, a 100% refund will be provided. Document proof of the flight's delay must be provided in this instance.
- Infant car seats are not available for separate rental.
