We happened to meet the same driver for pick-up and drop-off. He was a very nice guy. Because of our schedule, we asked the driver to take us to paradise city. When we were about to arrive at the destination, the driver kindly explained to us that if we didn’t get a ride, How to get to the airport by ourselves if we get the shuttle bus? He also told us where he thought the shuttle bus would be, which made our last day's trip a perfect ending.

Even though it was difficult to park at the hotel in the downtown area, they came to pick me up right in front of the hotel, which was very convenient. When I needed to use the restroom on the way, they kindly stopped at the interchange, which was very nice and I was able to ride with peace of mind. I recommend them. The car was luxurious, clean, and comfortable.

Things To Keep In Mind
- Please complete your reservation at least 2 days in advance.
- After your reservation is confirmed, please check your voucher. The voucher includes the driver's name, contact number, and car license plate.
- The voucher will be sent at 21:00, on the day before the pickup date.
- The driver will be waiting holding a picket. Input your name accurately!
- Set the pickup time to 1~2 hours after landing, taking into account time for entry procedures.
- If you're over 30 minutes late to the reservation time, it will be considered a no-show, and refund will not be provided.
- In case of a long delay, additional costs may occur.
- In case of delays due to delayed flights, the driver will wait with no additional cost. If the driver cannot operate due to the delay, a 100% refund will be provided. Document proof of the flight's delay must be provided in this instance.
- Infant car seats are not available for separate rental.
- If there are two separate accommodations that need drop off services, please be sure to add the 'Extra Stop' option.
