1. Please fill in all the required information accurately on the reservation page. 
2. Proceed to pay for the voucher. 
3. Once the payment is completed, your reservation will be confirmed immediately.
4. After purchasing the voucher, please book your appointment within three months via PPEUM Clinic's CS channel. For all reservation-related inquiries, please contact the clinic directly.
5. Show your reservation details to the staff.
6. During the final payment, pay the amount excluding the voucher amount. 

During your visit 

1. Present your reservation details at the information desk on the 2nd floor. (You can see your reservation details on the Creatrip My Page.)
2. Please wait for a moment in the waiting area inside the lobby.
3. When your name is called, you will be guided to the consultation room to receive information about the procedure you will undergo, including the process, sequence, and duration of the treatment.
4. After the procedure, if necessary, you can get a prescription and take the medication from a nearby pharmacy or schedule a follow-up visit.

During reservation and procedure

• After purchasing a voucher, please make a reservation through the PPEUM Clinic CS channel. You can only purchase vouchers through Creatrip.
• The voucher is valid for three months from the date of purchase and can be used at your preferred location among the Global Gangnam, Myeongdong, Global Hongdae, or Jeju branches.
• The voucher can be used within three months after purchase. Refunds are not available after payment.
• The prices may vary by branch and during event periods.
• Please note that the languages available for each branch is different. 
• Please keep in mind that the conditions of use vary for each voucher.
• If you are more than 10 minutes late for your reservation, it will automatically be canceled.
• If you need a brief consultation before the procedure, multi-language online consulting services are available. For information related to online services, please refer to the reservation page of each branch.
• If you bring your passport, you can receive a 7-8% tax refund. Please make sure to bring your passport if you wish to receive the tax refund (applicable only to payments made on-site). Use the tax refund machine inside the clinic for the refund.

After procedure

• Please refrain from drinking alcohol and smoking for one week after the procedure.

• Temporary issues such as skin trouble, swelling, bruising, or redness may occur after the procedure. If they do not improve, please contact help@creatrip.com.
