Things To Keep In Mind
- You can get a 100% refund 3 days before the date of use.
- You have to make a reservation at least 2 days in advance, and you can make a reservation up to 30 days in advance.
- The available reservation times are the same as the business hours.
- Days are calculated by the date, not on a 24-hour basis. For example, if you use the storage on 6/1, the storage hours are counted as one day until (19:00).
- You can only make reservations for one day at Creatrip. If you want to use it for more than one day, please make an additional payment for the remaining days after making a reservation on the 1st.
- You have to pay the remaining amount for additional days on-site.
- Items with lengths exceeding 120cm and bulky items are considered extra-large.
- If stored for more than 8 days, it will be counted as long-term storage and a separate fee will apply.
- If you want to extend the period of storage, you have to let us know in advance through the messenger of RAON to extend it. (Also applicable to short-term storage).
- Creatures, drugs, perishable items, fragile items, sharp items, and expensive items cannot be stored. RAON is not responsible for any issues you may encounter when you use the storage.
- If you do not pick up your items within 30 days without contacting us in advance, your item will be disposed of. RAON is not responsible for the damages.
- Please make sure to be mindful of the closing hours. Failure to come before closing will result in a penalty (up to 10 times the storage cost).
