How To Use

2. After the reservation is completed, it will be confirmed within 2 business days.
3. Please visit within 90 days after making the reservation.

Cancelation Policy
- In case of non-usage within the valid period: 100% refund
Things To Keep In Mind
- No deposit is required, but you will need to leave a form of ID (passport, foreign registration card) during your rental.
- If you wish to add additional items to your reservation, please pay on-site.
- If you have made a reservation for a 1-day rental, you must return it before the business hours end.
- Each person will have 30 minutes to try on 2 sets of Hanboks. In case of exceeding the allotted time, the overtime will be included in the rental duration.
- If you return the Hanbok late, you will be charged an additional 1,000 KRW per 10 minutes for the Traditional Hanbok and 2,000 KRW per 10 minutes for the Theme Hanbok. (on-site payment)
- You may need to wait for the hairstyling service.
- Makeup and photography services are not provided.
- Hanbok sizes are available from 12 months for infants. Hanbok sizes range from XS to XL. You can check the exact sizes on-site. (Female size: XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL / Male size: S, M, L, XXL)
- Hanbok sizes are available for women from 44 to 99 and for men from 90 to 115.
- Customers are responsible for lost or damaged accessories or locker keys and must pay for them. (on-site payment)
- Please be aware that additional charges may apply if the Hanbok is damaged or stained. (on-site payment)
