You can recharge you plan if you use all your minutes at Link Korea Customer Service Center (KakaoTalk, Line). Once your plan expires you cannot recharge your plan so make sure to extend the plan before it expires.
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
- When making a reservation, select the date you would like to receive the sim and select an option according to the plan you want to use and the corresponding period.
- In the delivery address please select either Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 of Incheon Airport.
- Please write the English name that corresponds to the name on the passport or ARC for the recipient and get your SIM at the designated location (KT roaming booth in Terminal 1 or Terminal 2).
- The date that you select when booking is the date you will receive the SIM.
- Reservations can be canceled or changed up to 3 days prior to the date.
- If you wish to recharge, select the additional recharge option (+30 days) on the reservation page and make a payment.
- Due to the nature of the prepaid SIM, cancellation of the plan in not possible.
- Only those who live in Korea or who will enter Korea soon can apply (overseas residents are not allowed to get a plan).
