Cancelation Policy
- Canceled at least 3 days before reserved date: 100% refund
- Canceled 2 days before reserved date and later: No refund
Things To Keep In Mind
- Free services: Basic accessories, bags, lockers, braided hair styling
- Paid services: Petticoat, special hair styling, winter vest.
- For any additional items beyond the reserved package, please make on-site payment (based on the store price).
- To ensure a smooth process, please select the exact date and time on the reservation page.
- Customers can wear the hanbok up to a maximum of two times.
- Hanbok sizes range from XS (44) to 3XL (150).
- No additional fees will be charged for card payments.
- Full-day rental refers to rental from 9:00 until closing time at 19:00. Please note that it is not a 24-hour rental.
- No deposit is required for hanbok rental, but if you do not leave any belongings, please leave your passport or identification.
- In case of late return, an additional fee of 5,000 KRW will be charged per hour, and the additional fee must be paid on-site.
- We provide hanbok for children aged 3 and above. Please request it from the staff on-site.
- If the rented hanbok is significantly damaged or stained, a fee of 50,000 KRW will be charged (the amount may exceed depending on the extent of the damage).
- To rent a Hanbok for the Gyeongbokgung Palace Night Viewing, please head to the 2nd branch.
