UPDATE: The two actors' agencies have confirmed the relationship.

Dispatch has confirmed the long-suspected (and denied multiple times) romance between actors Hyun Bin and Son Ye-jin. 

According to the news agency, the two have been dating for about 8 months.

An acquaintance of Hyun Bin's mentioned that the romantic feelings started around March 2020. The source said, "They seemed to have developed feelings of missing each other after the drama (Crash Landing On You) ended."

Actors who starred in the drama gathered occasionally after the drama wrapped up. In these social gatherings, Hyun Bin and Son Ye-jin felt like they connected well. Their common hobby of golfing played a huge role.

Dispatch also captured moments of them playing golf together. Hyun Bin taught Son Ye-jin at a driving range. They also went to a golf course in Gangwon-do together multiple times.

The pair weren't able to meet up often because Son Ye-jin is preparing for a Hollywood movie Cross, while Hyun Bin has been busy shooting a new movie Bargaining. He even went to Jordan for filming.

Son's acquaintance regarding the long distance said, "The two wouldn't change easily. They became more fond of each other the less they got to meet up due to busy work schedules."

This is not the first time the rumour of the two dating emerged.

Movie The Negotiation (2018)

The first time it started was when the movie The Negotiation opened in 2018.

The second was when a netizen spotted the pair at a supermarket in Los Angeles in January 2019. Both parties simply ended the rumour by stating, "They only met up while in the states because they're friendly with each other."

It resurfaced again in February 2020 for the third time when a behind-the-scenes video of the drama Crash Landing On You showed Hyun Bin holding Son Ye-jin's hand under the table when he didn't need to.

Son Ye-jin's agency MS Team Entertainment is currently in the process of confirming the news with the actress.
