Nose Re-surgery is a surgery to help relieve the uncomfortable feeling associated with possible side affects or a unsatisfying nose after the first surgery. It is most important to identify the root cause of the problem and solve it.

If the implant is skewed	Remove the implant, and make a new implant in the shape of the space available and put it back in. Secure the implant to the cartilage so it doesn't get skewed again.
If the nose tip sinks	Make the nose tip cartilage strong enough to hold the implant and transplant cartilage to improve the nose tip that sinked.
If your nose is shortened by construction	Remove the implant and wait around 6 months until the surroundings are soft again and then use cartilage to extend the shortened nose and insert implants to create the nose line.
If the nose tip shape is changed	Remove the parts where there are great damage and use cartilage to rebuild the nose tip to create a new nose shape.
If the nose bridge is too high or low	Remove the existing implant, and exchange it with an implant that fits the nose line you want. If the nose bridge is too high, the nose bone can be moved close to one another to make the nose bridge width smaller creating a natural and good line.
