Honestly, when I first walked into Kimbap Cheonguk, I was extremely overwhelmed by the number of dishes on the colourful menu, which completely blocked my ability to make a decision on exactly what to eat at that time.

Jjolmyeon (Spicy Cold Chewy Noodles)

Cold chewy noodle with a thick bed of vegetables and savoury spicy sauce on top. Kimbap Cheonguk's jjolmyeon is especially generous with vegetables and noodles. No wonder it's often talked about on social media!

This very classic combo is a must-try in Korea. You get to eat two different things together. Dipping the kimbap into the ramen soup is also a delicious way to indulge this combo.

Tuna Kimbap
