1. Subway
Myeongdong Station is part of Subway line 4 and Euljiro 1-ga Station is far to walk from which is why I will introduce Myeongdong Station here.

3. Night Airport Bus
There is no night bus that goes to Myeongdong from the airport. N6001 goes to Seoul Station which is the closest destination to Myeongdong between all the night airport buses available.
4. Seoul Night Bus
N13 Night Bus
Hours: 00:10 - 03:48
Route: Dobongsan→Miari→Daehakro→Dongdaemun→Toegye-ro→Namdaemun→Yeouido→Yeongdeungpo→Guro Station→Onsu Station
Passing: Hyehwa (University Road), Dongdaemun, DDP, Myeongdong, Seoul Station, Yeouido
N30 Night Bus
Hours: 23:40 - 03:40
Route: Gangdong→Myeongildong→Cheonhodong→Dongdaemun→Euljiro→Seoul Station
Passing: Seoul Station, Euljiro (Myeongdong), DDP, Gangdonggu
N37 Night Bus
Hours: 00:00 - 03:10
Route: Jingwan→Independence Gate→Jongno→Seongsu Bridge→Gangnam Station→Songpa
Passing: Seodaemun, Jongno, Myeongdong. Hangangjin (Itaewon), Gangnam
N62 Night Bus
Hours: 23:40 - 03:00
Route: Yangcheon→Mokdong Station→Deungchon Station→Yonsei University Station→Sinchon Station→Wangsimni Station→Konkuk University Entrance→Gunja Station→Myeonmokdong
Passing: Hongik University, Ewha Woman's University, Euljiro (Myeongdong), Jongno, Dongdaemun, DDP, Konkuk University

Myeongdong Station has 10 Exits so it may be hard to know which exit has what.
