1. Why pay for an appointment?

Most original merchants were willing to provide free appointment services for Creatrip members. However, as more people use Creatrip, some people take advantage of the system and cancel reservation without notice. 


To solve this problem, some merchants changed the reservation process to "pay in advance" or "deposit payment". This way, merchants can feel more secure about reservation, and we will make sure your appointment is placed right. 




2. Payment FAQs

Cancellation period?

  • Each store and itinerary has different cancellation deadlines. Most of the deadlines are three days before the appointment date, but please refer to the blog.
  • "Three days" does not mean 72 hours but date, and after this no refund, cancellation, extension or changes can be made.
  • If the merchant or Creatrip cancels the reservation due to bad weather or extreme conditions, even after the Cancellation period 100% refund will be provided. 


Is there any additional commission?

  • There is no additional handling fee for Creatrip's payment system. All payments are made in KRW, and the currency will converted as the current exchange rate. There might be additional fee charged from your credit card company for overseas transactions.  
  • After payment, an auto-confirmation letter will be sent to the mailbox you filled in. Do not reply to this letter. It will take 1-3 days for your bank's determination and after the payment is made your account will show a debit record for the payment.


Will the reservation be immediately confirmed after payment?

  • Some itineraries will be confirm immediately, but some itineraries such as ID photos and day trips need to be confirmed by the merchants before we can confirm the reservation. 
  • Your order will be confirmed within 24 hours. Due to operation hours your reservation might not be available so please check whether there is sufficient time.


Refund process?

  • After Creatrip has confirmed refund, the system will automatically send you an e-mail. Your payment will be returned to the same account of your payment bank.
  • It will take 1 to 7 days for the money to be returned to your account. If you have not received the refund within 2 weeks, please send us an e-mail or ask your card-issuing bank.


Can I pay with Korean credit card? 

  • All offers are restricted to foreign travelers. You might be able to use some Korean cards but we do not recommend that you used one.


What do the words on My Reservation means

  • 「To be paid」means that you did not make a payment. To confirm reservation complete payment. If you are not going to make an appointment, you can ignore it.

  • "To be confirmed" means you have finished payment and your appointment is waiting for confirmation. 
  • In principle, the order will be confirmed within 24 hours. Please check your mailbox afterwards. If there is additional request from Creatrip or the store, you will be contacted through e-mail. 
  • If you have waited for more than 24 hours, or the appointment date is too close, please contact us through support@creatrip.com.

  • 「Reservation confirmed」means your appointment has been confirmed.
  • How to show your appointment on site is explained in each blog. You will have to present Creatrip reservation page, e-mail voucher, or discount code to participate in the event. 


Why can't I make reservation through mobile Facebook?

  • Due to the current background compatibility of Facebook APP and mobile network conflicts with the Creatrip system, you cannot make payment directly from the Facebook page.
  • Please use the computer version, or download the Creatrip APP to easily confirm a reservation.


3. Payment steps

Payment can be made by VISA, Mastercard, Americal Express, JCB, and Paypal.

Note : Korean credit cards might not be able to proceed!

  • The e-mail address is just for the record and the voucher will still be sent to your Creatrip account (Click me to check reservation).  Payment record sent to your e-mail cannot be used as a voucher.
  • The name of the card issuer does not need to match the reservation. It is just for the record.


4)Confirm the payment amount and proceed

6)Within 24 hours your appointment will be confirmed

It is recommended that you make an appointment at least one week before visiting Korea. For temporary ticket purchase and reservation please send us an e-mail to support@creatrip.com, we will give prioriti to your order. If you have made an appointment and payment, please click here to check your reservation.

4. Other questions

  • Click here to make reservation. Reservation voucher will be stored in the account that you used to log in to the website. Be sure to confirm that you need to log in to the website. Be sure to check the account that you are using before making the reservation. In addition to Creatrip page, other vouchers may be sent to your e-mail. Please check.
  • Sometimes Facebook, G+, and e-mail login are considered as separate accounts, so please pay attention!


I have to change my reservation but have not paid yet.

  • Please cancel the reservation and make a new reservation at the changed date.


Payment is complete, but I have to change the reservation.

  • Depending on the itinerary, there will be different refund dates, and changes and cancellations can be made before the due date. Or you can e-mail us through support@creatrip.com and we can directly change it for you.


When Creatrip or merchant cancels is there additional fee?

  • We are a third party that connects the merchants with you. We protect the rights and interests of both consumers and merchants and we inform all the relevant information on the website.
  • The merchant may answer incorrectly because the staff might not be clear about the contract. Interpretation of all information will be based on Creatrip reservation page's information.

我購買了4/14的西釜山夜景遊,付款且信用卡也扣款了,也寄付款成功的mail至信箱,但昨天要看集合信息才發現被無故取消,完全沒有任何通知,也沒有任何說明為何取消,也沒有任何回覆以及退款說明,請速回應,不要變成詐騙行為。另外問了其他當地導遊,才知道你們規劃的賽馬公園夜景已經3月已停業,但你們四月初還在賣行程,真的非常不專業
